Top Ten Favorites of 2014

Top Ten Favorites of 2014

Every year, I do a recap of my ten favorite photographs of the year. This is a very challenging process since I did so many photoshoots this year (can’t even count it anymore). I also love doing this recap because it allows me to take

Ellen V Lora | Welcome to the Wild Wild West

Los Angeles is my Wild Wild West. Despite being originally from Southern California, there are so many places still for me to explore. Thanks to Ellen V Lora, I’m starting to discover more and more of the Los Angeles Arts District from our shoots. I’m in

Ellen V Lora | Dripped Gold

I’ve never seen anyone looked so good in gold. Fashion blogger Ellen V Lora totally mesmerized me with her holiday look, mixing a gold skirt from Hello Molly and a fuzzy fur sweater top. We shot this around the Arts District, one of my new favorite spots to shoot. Oh did I mention we scored free metered parking? It’s the best feeling ever. Check out her blog post for more details of her outfit: [ROCAFOX: Dripped Gold]

Another one of my favorite looks with fashion blogger Ellen V Lora from our shoot in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. It was a hot day for a November (but then again it’s LA, right?). So I quickly shot her in this pink

Whitney Powell | Red Holiday

Whitney Powell | Red Holiday

I’ve been enjoying shooting Holiday Looks this month, and Whitney’s red festive holiday dress was one of them! We shot this at City Hall on an early Sunday morning while most people in San Francisco are either sleeping in or having brunch with their friends. Check out Whitney’s blog post for more details of her outfit: Britt + Whit: Festive in Red. After shooting with Whitney, I also shot Britt’s holiday look: Britt + Whit: Party Dress.

The funniest thing about shooting on Maiden Lane is that I always have a feeling that I would run into someone I know. And I did! While shooting with Julie (Pretty Please Style Guide), a friend of mine said hello. And the week before, I
