I first met Una awhile back at Blogger Bazaar in the Summer of 2013 (also the same day I met tons of other amazing bloggers). Since then we kept in touch through Instagram. I finally had the opportunity to meet up with her after Christmas. Our very first order of business was Korean food in the heart of K-Town (Genwa, to be exact, which turned out to be really amazing)! After a quick visit at the M Dot Design Studio, we headed on over to LACMA for a shoot with a dress that Una designed herself! It was also my first time seeing the Urban Light art installation by Chris Burden, which are 202 cast iron street lamps restored from the 1920s and 1930s (yeah, I wiki’d that).
I was just telling Una that I love photoshoots that involve a little bit of sightseeing. Having lived in Southern California for 10 years, I realized I still haven’t seen a lot of places in Southern California. We’ve made it a goal to visit/shoot at Griffith’s Observatory next time around! Hope you enjoyed the photos!
