After so many years, I finally got my wish! I’ve always wanted to visit the Facebook Headquarters in Menlo Park! What better way than with my CR team members Monica and Rowena. We had a quick tour of the campus, followed by a meeting, lunch, a quick bike photo-op, and then Philz Coffee! Why not, right? It was also Monica and Rowena’s first cup of Philz Coffee and they totally love it! Overall, it was a blast. The food was pretty good (hungry thinking about it). And the campus was quite energetic and lively on a Friday afternoon.

In that really short amount of time I had in between family events, I was able to drive down to Claremont from Diamond Bar to meet up with blogger Stephanie Huang of Highstitched Voice! We grabbed frozen yogurt from Yogurtland and then did a quick shoot! And then I convinced her to piece up something in 10minutes for an impromptu second look! This is what we came up with!

The Claremont Colleges offer quite a selection of locations to shoot!

Madewell x LookMazing Event

I’m long overdue, but had a great time at the Madewell x LookMazing event last Wednesday in downtown San Francisco! So many cool kids (aka bloggers), so little time! I was reunited with my faves @pancakestacker and @kathleenmurillo, and then hung out with the beautiful hosts Britt and Whit! Unfortunately I couldn’t stay long since I had to meet my cousin and his wife for dinner. Nevertheless, it was a great event, wish I could’ve stayed longer!

I love Philz Coffee so much, that my co-worker Mai and I took a cab from the office all the way to 24th and Folsom just to grab a much needed cup of our favorite coffee! So worth it. Our co-workers were super jealous after we came back with Philz Coffee cups! Special thanks to Ramind for making us our delicious off-the-menu drinks!

Who knew I’d meet someone in the fashion industry that is also from Diamond Bar (my hometown)? I thought I’d never see that day until I met Cassie at Charlotte Russe HQ. Here are some candids of her while on our way back after our shoot.

And yes she’s quite the goofball. That’s why everyone loves her on set. She’s just so much fun to work with!
